Dr. Greg Hempen is a Geophysicist /Geological Engineer and currently consults for URS Corporation’s St. Louis, MO Office. He specializes in appropriate geophysical studies for complex sites and in all types of vibration mitigation from earthquakes, blasting, and pile driving. His 40+-year career includes a long tenure at, and retirement from, the St. Louis District Corps of Engineers. His duties have included a broad set of geological, geophysical, and engineering activities. He has been a member of AEG, GSA & ASCE for decades.
