Women in Physics Mixer (aka Networking Event)

> From: Mackenzie Barton-Rowledge <mbartonrowledge>
> Date: November 11, 2013 11:54:43 PM PST
> This Friday (11/15) at 4:00 in C520, the Society of Women in Physics is organizing a Women in Physics Mixer to connect undergrads to grads, postdocs, faculty, and staff in physics. The goal of the event is to foster a sense of community, particularly among women in the physics department, and encourage undergrads to feel supported in their pursuit of a physics major. This is a great opportunity to network with giants in the field as well as graduate students; everyone interested in networking with women physicists is welcome!

> Plus, we’ll have free Mexican munchies and virgin cocktails! This event is all-gender inclusive and kid-friendly; hope to see you there!
