Geoscience Currents #76: Impact of Societies and Professional Development on Early-Career Underrepresented Minority Faculty

The American Geosciences Institute, along with the National Academy of
Engineering hosted a 2.5-day workshop in April 2012 to support early-career and
future faculty who are underrepresented minorities in the geosciences. This
Currents discusses some of the final evaluation data about the impact that
professional societies and professional development activities had on the
participants.
