NEW VOLUNTEER EVENTS THIS AUTUMN

ROCKIN’ OUT VOLUNTEERS:

We have lots of new volunteer opportunities left in the Autumn Quarter!
Please let me know if you are interested and when you could be available to volunteer, if none of the mentioned dates work for you.

November 14th or 28th (or really any other time in late Nov/early Dec.) at 11:55 to 3:25 (or only half time, if that works): 2x one hour lessons for a 3rd grade class at Thornton Creek elementary school, on Glaciers and Volcanoes.

December 7th at 5:30 to 7:30: Science Night at Shelton View Elementary school in Bothell

December 13th, time flexible right now : 3rd grad class at Newport Heights Elementary in Bellevue would like a demo on Rocks and Minerals.

"Recess Science" lessons for nearby NE Seattle Elementary schools, 11:50- 1PM: Short Rock and mineral, glacier or volcano demos for elementary school kids at recess. Potentially could include the cryovolcano or LN2 ice cream!
