Dr. Borethy Ly’s Lecture on Cambodian Identity at UW

Hello,

I’m writing to personally invite you and your friends to our upcoming fundraising event hosted by the Youth Ultimate Project and Southeast Asia Center from the Jackson School of International Studies. Dr. Boreth Ly, an assistant professor of History of Art and Visual Culture from UC Santa Cruz, is coming up to Seattle to give a lecture on prevailing tales of the serpent as an embodiment of Cambodian ethnic and national identity. The lecture is on Friday, April 8th, 2011 @ 7:00pm at Communications 120. You can find more information in the attached flyer and visit our website to RSVP for the lecture.

We are continuously seeking sponsorships and support for our project. If you can find additional ways to be a part of our great cause, please feel free to contact us. For more information, please visit our website at www.youthultimateproject.org

Please kindly circulate the flyer among your members!

Thank you very much!
